FAQ

Each distinct public case you open counts once. Opening the same case again the same day doesn’t use more of your allowance. The allowance resets daily at midnight UTC.
No. Ask AI and the research brief are available on every plan. They can be rate limited during busy periods.
Open Membership & billing and use the portal for your subscription provider. New subscriptions use Stripe; existing Paddle subscriptions remain manageable through Paddle. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
