# Organize and collaborate

> Use collections, saved searches, alerts, and team workspaces.

Sign in to save cases and keep review progress. Dashboard preferences such as hidden controls and collapsed sections are stored in your browser.

## Collections

Group cases by topic, region, or investigation. Keep a collection private, or share it as a read-only link.

## Saved searches and alerts

Save a search and get notified when new records match it. Choose:

* Email
* Push notification
* Both

Match alerts and a digest keep you current.

## Teams

Create a team workspace and invite people with one of these roles:

* **Admin**
* **Member**
* **Viewer**

Team members can share cases, comments, and private team notes.
