## FAQ

> [accordion] What counts toward the 400 cases a day?
>
> Each distinct public case you open counts once. Opening the same case again the same day doesn't use more of your allowance. The allowance resets daily at midnight UTC.

> [accordion] Do AI features cost extra?
>
> No. Ask AI and the research brief are available on every plan. They can be rate limited during busy periods.

> [accordion] How do I cancel?
>
> Open **Membership & billing** and use the portal for your subscription provider. New subscriptions use Stripe; existing Paddle subscriptions remain manageable through Paddle. See the [Refund and Cancellation Policy](https://dashboard.casedock.net/refund-policy).
